What time does XP Music Futures happen?
XP Day Tickets ☀️:
* Thursday: Our doors open at 2:00 PM.
* Friday and Saturday: Our doors open at 12:00 PM.
* The last entry time for those under 16 years old is 4:30 PM.
* The last entry time for XP Day ticket holders is 6:45 PM.
XP Nite Tickets 💫:
* Entry time for XP Nite ticket holders is 7:00 PM every day.
* The last entry time for XP Nite ticket holders is 1:30 AM
XP Full XPerience Tickets 🎊:
* Thursday: Entry is allowed at any time between 2:00 PM - 1:30 AM.
* Friday and Saturday: Entry is allowed at any time between 12:00 PM - 1:30 AM.
How old do I have to be to attend XP Music Futures?
Children of any age can enter if accompanied by a parent during the Day, up until 4:30pm. The minimum age to attend XP Nite Programming is 16+ and applies after 7pm on all nights.
Will I need to get my ID to enter?
You will need a physical or digital copy of your ID to enter the Festival and may be asked to show this upon entry.
Can I bring my kids?
The whole family can join the fun at XP DAY! With entry to anyone over 3 years of age we have workshops, activities and more designed just for our young maestros. Anyone under 12 is welcome to attend for free during the Day until 4:30pm as long as you arrive with a guardian. If you are 12-16 years old, you are also welcome to attend for free on a Day Ticket, until 4:30pm only. The minimum age to attend XP Nite Programming is 16+ and applies after 7:00pm on all nights.
Who will be performing at XP Music Futures?
We work with regional and local promoters to showcase their music experiences by designing the line up and visual design for the XP Nite activation spaces.
For XP's 5th anniversary we will offer a wide-range of sounds and scenes to explore! 🕺

What is the XP Music Futures dress code?
Dress to impress but please respect local customs - Security reserves the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately
Is XP Music Futures equipped to service Persons with Disabilities?
Yes, the XP Music Futures is equipped to service People with Disabilities, however, there will be no discount on the ticket price.
Will there be merchandise available for purchase at the event?
Yes, there will be a merchandise booth where you can pick up anything you need!
What kind of Food will be available at XP?
We have plenty of food and beverage options to satisfy any cravings and dietary restrictions. Because of this, kindly leave your snacks behind!
Will there be Shisha available at XP Music Futures?
No, shisha will not be available at XP Music Futures.
Are there First Aid services at XP Music Futures?
Yes, we will have First Aid services at XP Music Futures.
Are there Information Booths at XP Music Futures?
Yes, there will be an Info Booth at XP Music Futures.
Will there be Locker storage at XP Music Futures?
Unfortunately, we will not have locker storage at XP Music Futures.
Are there ATM's available onsite?
Unfortunately, we will not have any ATM's available onsite.
Are there phone charging stations at XP Music Futures?
Yes, we will have phone charging stations available.
What kind of payments do you take at XP Music Futures?
It is a cashless event. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Mada, and Apple Pay.
Are there washrooms at XP Music Futures?
Of course! We'll have washrooms at this event.
Is there Lost and Found at XP ?

Event Policies
What are the prohibited items that I am not allowed to enter with?
Outside food and drinks weapons, drugs, laser pens, medications without doctors prescription, horns and loud hailers, non-religious or non-medical face masks and coverings, whistles, fireworks, glass and glass cups, perfumes, aerosol sprays, spray paint, graffiti pens, luggages and large bags, large umbrellas, flag poles, shooting/selfie sticks, high-visibility and safety vests, candles, lanterns, folding chairs and tables.
What if I am found with a prohibited item?
Any prohibited items found on you will be handed over to the local authorities. We abide by KSA law and have a zero tolerance policy towards any form of drugs or alcohol at our events.
Will my bag be checked before I enter the event?
Please be aware that bag checks will be made by security BEFORE you enter the event.
Our Security team may also ask you to empty your pockets should they suspect you are carrying any prohibited items.
I have been involved in an uncomfortable situation onsite and I am feeling unsafe.
Every MDLB event is an open and safe space for everyone to celebrate. The safety of our attendees is our top priority. In the case of encountering any incident please reach out to the closest organizer from our team and they will help you accordingly as we have a zero tolerance policy towards all forms of harassment. We also have our RESPECT team onsite to aid and assist if you are feeling uncomfortable. Please look out for them in the red vests throguhout the festival.
What is your policy on taking photos/recording videos at XP ?
No professional recording equipment or cameras are allowed. Please make sure to be courteous of other guests and respect their privacy!
Am I allowed to smoke at XP?
You will be able to smoke in a designated outside area.
Transportation and Parking Information
Is there parking available at XP Music Futures?
As a guest, please park at Jax. Once parked, there will be a shuttle service available to transport you to the event site. The shuttle service operates on a loop and starts at 10:00 AM
Will I be able to walk from the parking to XP Music Futures?
You sure can!
Where can I drop off guests for the event?
You can drop off patrons at the designated drop-off point, which is located here

We have three ticket types.
Our XP Day ticket gives you access to our day programming, with workshops, fishbowls, interactive sessions and more to help you gain the best insights on all things regional music.
Our XP Nite ticket is your pass to multi-genre performances hosted by the best regional promoters in brands for an enriching Nite of dancing, connection and music.

Is there anywhere offline that I can buy tickets to XP Music Futures?

What is the NOFOMO app?
The NOFOMO app is designed to make your entry experience into all of our events drama free! This is the only way to receive your ticket for our events. Please make sure to download the App on Google Play or the Apple App store to get your ticket.
What if I buy tickets for my friends?
No problem! Simply open the app, select the tickets you wish to transfer, and follow the prompts to complete the process. Your friend will also need to have downloaded the app. It’s quick and straightforward!
How do I cancel transferring the ticket to my friend?
If your friend has accepted the ticket, you cannot cancel the transfer. However, if they haven't accepted it yet, you can click on 'Revoke' to get the ticket back.
I do not have data or wi-fi, how will I access my ticket at the event?
Please try to have a connection to access the app when you arrive at the venue. Screenshots of your ticket will not be allowed.
If you cannot access your ticket on the app once you're at the event, please visit our Ticket Resolution team and they will assist you.
I purchased my ticket from a Reseller company, and their email directed me to the NOFOMO app - where can I find it?
Cool! Just accept the ticket from your tickets section in the app, and you will have it!
I don't see my ticket in the NOFOMO app - what should I do?

What are the accepted forms of payment for purchasing tickets?
Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Mada, and Apple Pay and Tabby
Are there any Group Discounts?
There are NO discounts on group tickets.
Does one ticket include access to multiple events?
If you purchased a 1-Day/Nite ticket, then it will only be available for 1 day/nite of the event. Please purchase a 3-Day/3-Nite TIcket to gain accss to all 3 Days/Nites of XP Music Futures, or a Full Xperience Pass to enjoy the fun all the way through!
What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
MDLBEAST has a maximum limit of 20 tickets per transaction.
Is there any official channel to sell my ticket?
All sales are final and we do not provide a way for you to resell your ticket.

Can I change the entry date of my ticket?
Generally, orders cannot be modified. However, if you have a specific request, please get in touch with our Customer Care department via email or telephone and they will assist you further.
I purchased tickets but did not receive a confirmation email, what do I do?
A confirmation email will be shared upon completion of your purchase - please note it can take up to 30 minutes for the link to arrive at the provided email address. Please check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation email cannot be located in your inbox. If the email address was submitted incorrectly, you will not receive your purchase confirmation email.

I have not yet received my tickets. What should I do?
A confirmation email will be shared upon completion of the purchase and tickets will be shared closer to the event date. Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive at the provided email address and check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation email cannot be located in your inbox. If the email address was submitted incorrectly, you will not receive the email to access your e-tickets.

Can I add tickets to my order after it has been processed?
No, you will have to create a new order.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
No problem! Ticket transfers are fine by us through the NOFOMO app.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
You are able to upgrade to a higher ticket tier for tickets purchased ONLY if you are the original purchaser. Any transferred tickets are only eligible for purchaed upgrades if made by the orginal purchaser.

Upgrades are also applicable on discounted orders but the discount percentage will not be applicable.
Can I upgrade my Free-of-Charge ticket to be able to enhance my experience, or I need to purchase new ticket?
FOC tickets cannot be upgraded. In order to enjoy the perks of the new ticket category you will need to purchase a new ticket.

Can I receive the tickets by email, SMS, or WhatsApp?
All tickets are digital and delivered through the NOFOMO App only. Your confirmation email will outline how you can download the app on the Apple App or Google Play store to receive your tickets.
My ticket is not uploading to the app
Please check the QR code on your order confirmation email where you can find a tutorial on how to retrieve your ticket Download the NOFOMO App on the Apple App store or Google Play store. Login using the email and mobile you registered with and you will find your tickets
Can I cancel my ticket?
No, once the purchase is complete the ticket order can not be cancelled or modified and no refunds will be given.
What should I do if I lose something?
Visit the Info Booth just inside the entry gates and log your lost item using our form
How can I report a lost item?
Fill out the lost item report form directly at the Info/Lost + Found Booth or call 920000208- we will notify you if your item is found
How can I contact Lost and Found after the event?
