MDLBEAST TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Ticketing Platform is a platform maintained by MDLBEAST (“we”, “our”, or “us”). We use the terms “you” and “your” to mean any person using the Ticketing Platform.
YOUR USE OF THE TICKETING PLATFORM
You may be able to access some areas of the Ticketing Platform without registering your details with us. However, in order to access the main functionalities of the Ticketing Platform (e.g., reserve tickets to the Festival and book accommodations), you must be a registered user. In order to register, you will need to complete the registration process on the Ticketing Platform.
When you complete the registration process you will be required to give us your full name, mobile number, email address, residential address, gender, preferred payment method and such other information as we deem reasonably necessary to provide you with the Services.
By registering with us you agree to receive marketing messages (e.g., email and/or SMS) and other communication from us with respect to your reservations and bookings with us, the Festival and other MDLBEAST products, services and events. You also consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data as set out in our Privacy Statement, as revised from time to time.
Upon becoming a registered user of the Ticketing Platform, it is your responsibility to treat your registration and login information, reservation codes and all other information provided to you with respect to your bookings and reservations via the Ticketing Platform (or relating to the Services) as confidential. We are not responsible for any use or misuse of your registration or login information, or any other information provided to you via the Ticketing Platform (and resulting access to your Personal Data or sensitive information) arising from your failure to keep your registration or login information safe and confidential. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your registration, reservation or login details, please notify us immediately.
The Ticketing Platform aims to provide you with the ability to reserve tickets, book accommodations, arrange transportation and purchase other products and services relating to our events.
You may be able to complete the following actions on the Ticketing Platform:
book and pay for accommodations (and related services) with partnering hotels and other hospitality service providers;
arrange transportation to and from the Festival as well as parking, lockers and other facilities in respect of the Festival, as available;
access information about (i) the availability of tickets, including the dates and times of ticket sales and/or relevant purchase prices, (ii) prospective events, venues, exhibits, performers, and/or performances planned to take place during the Festival and other details related thereto, and (iii) other general and specific information about the Festival or any other MDLBEAST product, service or event; and
access other functions and features (or purchase any other service) which may be added to the Ticketing Platform from time to time (either as free services, or as paid for services),
MDLBEAST (or a third party payment processor on our behalf) will invoice you for all fees due with respect to the relevant Services, as well as any processing fees charged to MDLBEAST by our third party payment processor, if applicable. Your payments may be processed on behalf of MDLBEAST by a third party payment processor using their secure site. Upon submitting your order, your information will be sent to the third party payment processor. Personal Data that you submit during the payment process is subject to our Privacy Statement. You are responsible for and agree to pay promptly, all charges in respect to your purchases of goods and services through the Ticketing Platform, including any applicable taxes.
WHEN YOU USE THE TICKETING PLATFORM
-you agree not to impersonate any person or entity, use a fictitious name, or misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with a person or entity;
-you agree that any information supplied or made available to us is current, true, accurate and not misleading;
-you will not engage in any activities that would otherwise create any liability for us or our affiliates;
-you will not attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for all or any part of the Ticketing Platform or any related technology;
-you will not use bots or other automated methods to access or use the Ticketing Platform;
-you will not use the Ticketing Platform in a manner that infringes upon the legal rights of any other person (including privacy and personality rights, copyright, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights); and
-you will not use the Ticketing Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair, interfere with the security of, negatively affect the functioning of, or otherwise abuse, Ticketing Platform, system resources, accounts, servers, networks, affiliated or linked sites, connected to or accessible through the Ticketing Platform.
AVAILABILITY OF THE TICKETING PLATFORM
OUR ROLE AND RESPNSIBILITIES
All users of the Ticketing Platform hereby acknowledge and agree that our role shall be limited to providing you with the Services at our absolute and sole discretion. MDLBEAST does not make any promise or guarantee as to any particular outcome from your use of the Ticketing Platform or the Services. MDLBEAST is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with the Services or referenced on the Ticketing Platform.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in the Ticketing Platform and the material published on it, including, among other things, all trade marks, logos, service marks and service names, whether they are registered or not. These works are protected by, among other things, copyright laws and treaties around the world. We reserve all such rights.
Our status (and that of any contributors identified on the Ticketing Platform) must be acknowledged. You must not in any way use any part of the materials on our Ticketing Platform for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence from us or the author to do so.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Ticketing Platform content in any way except for your own personal and non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Ticketing Platform content except for your own personal, and non-commercial use.
The Ticketing Platform and the Services are provided "as is", "as available" and “with all faults”, and we hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties of condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. MDLBEAST disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, Ticketing Platform users, advertisers and/or sponsors on the Ticketing Platform, in connection with the Service or otherwise related to your use of the Ticketing Platform.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure that the information on the Ticketing Platform is accurate and up to date we do not give or make any warranty or representation (whether express or implied) that any such information is accurate, timely, complete or available. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage as a result of your use of, or reliance on the information on the Ticketing Platform, or for your inability to access or use the Ticketing Platform and/or the Services for any period of time.
While we endeavour to ensure that the Ticketing Platform is free from any viruses or other malicious or harmful content, we do not accept any liability for errors, delays, or damage to your computer or device as a result of using the Ticketing Platform. Likewise, although we take steps to protect any information that you provide to us via the Ticketing Platform, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us. In this regard, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have up to date antivirus software, or any other necessary equipment in order to use the Ticketing Platform safely and to avoid anything that may damage or harm your computer or device.
Each user of the Ticketing Platform and/or the Services hereby further agrees to indemnify us, our affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, damages, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, from your submission, posting or display of any user content.
NO LIABILITY FOR OTHER WEBSITES
At times the Ticketing Platform may link to, or incorporate information from, other websites. Any such links and/or information from other websites are solely for your convenience or information and may be subject to their own terms and conditions. We cannot and do not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of any information contained in any third party websites and/or third party information published on the Ticketing Platform, nor does the inclusion of these links and/or information represent an endorsement or a recommendation of such third-party websites and/or information by us. We accept no liability for any third party content or for of any websites to which the Ticketing Platform links.
We operate channels, pages and accounts on some social media, which can be accessed via links on the Ticketing Platform. We may monitor and record comments and posts made on these channels. We are not responsible for any information posted on those social media sites other than information we have posted ourselves. We do not endorse the social media sites themselves, or any information posted on them by third parties or other users.
LINKING TO THE TICKETING PLATFORM
You may link to our home page from your website, as long as it is done in a way that is both fair and legal, this includes, but is not limited to the sharing of social media content. You must not link to the Ticketing Platform if doing so may damage our reputation or where you suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
By purchasing a ticket to any MDLBEAST Event/Festival you hereby consent to being photographed and consent to any photos/video content taken to be used by MDLBEAST or MDLBEAST affiliates’ in any way, including but not limited to promotional content, website, or media channels.
Photographing any MDLBEAST Festival/Event with a professional camera is strictly prohibited.
Photography of any kind of any other attendees of a MDLBEAST Festival/Event without obtaining the attendees’ written consent to be photographed is strictly prohibited, and any person who photographs attendees without consent will hold MDLBEAST harmless and indemnify MDLBEAST against any damages arising from such action.
Refund and Payment issues:
All ticket sales are final, and typically, refunds or exchanges are not permissible except in instances of event cancellation or rescheduling. In cases of unforeseen circumstances leading to Festival cancellation or rescheduling, guidelines for ticket refunds will be communicated through official Festival communication channels.
-Refunds will be provided for the face value of the ticket if the event is canceled by the organizers.
-Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled to a date incompatible with the ticket holder's attendance, a refund for the face value of the ticket may be granted upon request.
-In instances of event cancellation or rescheduling, attendees seeking refunds or assistance regarding payment matters can contact the MDLBEAST customer care unit or designated ticketing providers for guidance.
-Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of the official announcement of cancellation and/or rescheduling. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase. The refunded amount will equate to the ticket price minus any relevant processing fees.
Ticket Purchase and Authenticity:
Tickets granting access to the Festival can be acquired exclusively through approved ticketing platforms and official outlets. Attendees are required to purchase tickets solely from authorized sources to prevent the acquisition of counterfeit or fraudulent tickets.
Ticket Validity and Identification:
Each ticket is designated for the admission of one individual on the specified date(s) and is non-transferable between attendees. During entry, attendees might be required to furnish valid photo identification that corresponds with the name stated on the ticket.
Event Schedule and Changes:
MDLBEAST organizers hold the right to alter event schedules, artists, performances, and venues without prior notification.
Duplicate Tickets and Access Denial:
Presenting duplicate tickets for entry will result in the denial of access.
Age Restrictions and Responsibility:
Specific events within the festival may impose age restrictions. Attendees assume responsibility for verifying age prerequisites for particular performances or areas and ensuring they fulfill the stipulated criteria.
Prohibited Items and Behavior:
At the festival, the introduction of outside food and drinks is prohibited. Moreover, weapons, drugs, laser pens, medications without doctor's prescription, horns and loud hailers, non-religious or non-medical face masks and coverings, whistles, fireworks, glass and glass cups, perfumes, aerosol sprays, spray paint, graffiti pens, luggage's and bags larger than an A4 paper, large umbrellas, flag poles, shooting/selfie sticks, high-vis bibs, jackets, vests, candles, lanterns, folding chairs and tables, professional cameras and recording equipment's, drones and animals are all not allowed and prohibited.
Attendees are obligated to adhere to the stipulated terms regarding prohibited conduct, encompassing actions like property destruction, anti-social behavior, and harassment. Attendees must abstain from disruptive activities that compromise the Event's tranquility, vandalize property, or breach local laws. Respectful treatment of fellow participants and Event personnel is expected, with any form of offensive or aggressive behavior considered strictly prohibited. Harassment, whether verbal or physical, will not be tolerated, and immediate action will be taken upon reports. Violation of these terms may result in expulsion from the Event, and severe cases could involve legal consequences or financial liabilities for any damages incurred.
Photography and Image Usage:
Photography and videography are permitted at MDLBEAST, with the exception of professional equipment and drones, which necessitate prior consent from organizers. By attending the festival, attendees grant MDLBEAST the right to employ images or footage captured during the event for promotional and marketing objectives.
Information Accuracy and Reliance:
MDLBEAST reserves the right to rely on the information supplied by the ticket purchaser for all communication and transaction matters, encompassing missed communications, ticket delivery issues, updates, refund requests, and challenges in processing transactions. Discrepancies stemming from incorrect information shall not be attributed to MDLBEAST organizers.
Liability and Incident:
MDLBEAST organizers shall not be held accountable for personal injuries, property damage, theft, loss, or any other occurrences transpiring during the event.
Payment Timing and Issues:
Payment for tickets and other MDLBEAST-related acquisitions is obligatory at the point of booking. Should any payment issues arise, such as transaction failures, attendees are recommended to liaise with their respective payment providers to verify the payment status.
Currency Conversion and Responsibility:
Purchasers procuring tickets in a currency different from their own may incur currency conversion charges or divergent exchange rates. MDLBEAST bears no responsibility for additional fees or fluctuations in exchange rates.
Payment-Related Losses and Liability:
MDLBEAST will not assume responsibility for financial losses, fees, or charges arising from payment challenges, currency conversion, or any other payment-related concerns
Payment through Tabby
MDLBEAST shall not be liable for any issues, disputes, financial losses, or any other liabilities arising from the use of Tabby. Usage of Tabby payment solution for transactions related to MDLBEAST's services are subject to Tabby’s terms and conditions which can be found here https://tabby.ai/en-AE/toc
COMPLIMENTARY WALLET CREDITS & VOUCHERS
Any complimentary wallet credits provided by MDLBEAST are exclusively designated for use during the specified event as communicated by MDLBEAST. These wallet credits cannot be utilized for any other MDLBEAST events or activities, nor can they be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, refunds, or any other forms of compensation.
The utilization of wallet credits provided by MDLBEAST is subject to the terms and conditions ("Tappit's Terms and Conditions") set forth by Tappit, the designated service provider for the wallet credit system. The User acknowledges and agrees to review, understand, and adhere to Tappit's Terms and Conditions, which shall govern the issuance, usage, expiration, and any other relevant aspects of the wallet credits. Tappit’s Terms and Conditions can be found in “schedule 1” found at the bottom of this document
MDLBEAST shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the loss, misuse, or unauthorized access to financial information gathered by Tappit, the designated service provider for payment processing and financial transactions. The User acknowledges and agrees that MDLBEAST does not assume responsibility for the security or protection of financial data collected by Tappit.
Any complimentary festival tickets, including those provided free of charge or as invitations, shall not be eligible for complimentary wallet credits.
TICKET PURCHASES THROUGH AUTHORIZED RESELLERS
All tickets to MDLBEAST events should be purchased through our list of authorized resellers, which can be found on our official website. MDLBEAST assumes no responsibility for tickets acquired from unauthorized sources and will not provide any refunds, replacements, or assistance for entry issues arising from the use of such tickets. It is the sole responsibility of attendees to ensure the authenticity and validity of their tickets by acquiring them exclusively from MDLBEAST's authorized channels.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources, including but not limited to scalpers, unauthorized resellers, and online platforms not endorsed by MDLBEAST, may be counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise invalid. Entry to the festival with such tickets will be denied.
Non-Transferability and Right to Deny Access:
Wristbands are exclusively designated for the individual specified on the ticket and are strictly non-transferable. MDLBEAST reserves the right to deny access or expel individuals from the festival if their wristbands have been tampered with, removed, or transferred without authorization.
Wristband Maintenance Responsibility:
Attendees bear the responsibility of maintaining their wristbands in proper condition throughout the event. Damaged or modified wristbands will result in entry denial to certain areas or ejection from the festival premises, as well as a replacement fee
As part of our commitment to attendee convenience, MDLBEAST has established collaborations with specific airlines and hotels to offer exclusive travel packages. When opting to purchase a travel package, you will be directed to our partner's dedicated booking page for transaction completion.
Upon redirection to our partner's booking page, all transactions, reservations, and services will be governed by the terms and conditions specified by the relevant airline or hotel. MDLBEAST and its management shall not be held accountable or liable for any matters, disputes, inconveniences, or discrepancies arising from transactions carried out on our partner's websites or for services provided by them. In case of grievances, claims, refund requests, or adjustments to bookings, individuals should directly address and resolve such matters with the respective airline or hotel.
Upon successfully booking through our partner's website, attendees are expected to directly receive a confirmation from the relevant airline or hotel. It is important to note that MDLBEAST holds no responsibility for ensuring the receipt of such confirmations. Attendees are advised to keep this confirmation accessible and to promptly follow up with the respective partner in the event that confirmation is not received within the expected timeframe.
PARTICIPATION IN MDLBEAST FESTIVALS’ GAMES, AMUSEMENTS AND ACTIVATIONS
Assumption of Risk: By participating in any amusements, rides, or similar activities at the music festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of injury, illness, or property damage resulting from the use of amusement equipment.
Release of Liability: Attendees hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, contractors, and all related personnel from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in amusements, rides, or other activities at the festival.
Safety Compliance: Attendees must follow all posted rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by event staff regarding the use of amusements and rides. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund or compensation.
Inspection and Maintenance: The event organizers make reasonable efforts to ensure the safety and functionality of amusements and rides. However, attendees acknowledge that mechanical failures, maintenance issues, or unexpected events can occur. The organizers shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or disappointment arising from such circumstances.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT
Communication Channels and Efficient Assistance: To ensure streamlined assistance, attendees are strongly advised to utilize the designated communication channels for specific types of inquiries.
Complaint Submission Channels: Complaints can be lodged via dedicated channels designed for complaint submission. These channels may encompass online forms, the event’s information booth,, and specialized email addresses, such as Care@mdlbeast.com
Validity Assessment and Action: MDLBEAST organizers retain the authority to ascertain the validity of complaints and to implement appropriate measures based on the nature of the complaint.
Timely Response and Variability: The MDLBEAST Customer Care Unit endeavors to respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly. However, response durations may fluctuate contingent upon the volume of inquiries.
Resolution Process and Outcome: While the MDLBEAST Customer Care Unit strives to address all valid complaints, the resolution procedure may not invariably culminate in the desired outcome for the complainant.
Feedback Importance and Constructive Submission: MDLBEAST recognizes the significance of feedback and welcomes it as a mechanism to enhance the event experience. Attendees are urged to submit complaints in a constructive and respectful manner.
Respectful Communication and Inappropriate Behavior: All Festival attendees are obligated to engage with customer support representatives in a courteous and considerate manner. Any verbal abuse, harassment, or any form of inappropriate conduct directed at customer support representatives will not be tolerated and could lead to the cessation of assistance.

Communication Channels Modification: MDLBEAST organizers possess the prerogative to alter or discontinue communication channels for customer support services, modify availability and response times, and/or modify other communication-related aspects at their discretion.
Zero-Tolerance for Harassment and Abuse: MDLBEAST enforces a zero-tolerance policy against harassment and unequivocally disallows any manifestation of abuse or discrimination.
Respectful Conduct Expectation: Attendees are obligated to exhibit behavior that is considerate of others and contributes to an environment that is safe and enjoyable for all participants.
Confidential Harassment Complaint Handling: Complaints pertaining to harassment will be treated confidentially and with utmost sensitivity ON-SITE ONLY. Personal information will be divulged solely to authorized personnel engaged in investigating and resolving harassment incidents.
Immediate Consequences for Harassment: Attendees found culpable of engaging in harassment will encounter immediate repercussions, including but not limited to:
Verbal Warning: Applied when behavior is deemed inappropriate but not severely egregious.
Event Removal: Attendees involved in harassment will face expulsion from the festival premises without entitlement to a refund.
Involvement of law enforcement
Legal Intervention for Severe Harassment: Should harassment behavior be illegal or pose a substantial threat, the involvement of law enforcement will be initiated.
Repeat Offender and Severe Harassment Consequences: Those with a history of recurrence or individuals perpetrating severe forms of harassment may encounter more stringent penalties, potentially including future bans from attending the Festival.
Incident Reporting Contact Information: In the event of such incidents, attendees are advised to contact RESPECT@mdlbeast.com , the designated point of contact for reporting concerns related to conduct violations.
Personal Belongings Responsibility: Attendees acknowledge their individual responsibility for the security and care of personal belongings. MDLBEAST organizers assume no liability for incidents involving personal item loss, theft, damage, or misplacement, encompassing items
Lost Items Reporting and Recovery: Attendees who have misplaced personal belongings during the Festival are urged to promptly notify the designated Lost and Found booth or employ the online reporting system offered by the Festival. Any prohibited or illegal items will be either disposed of or turned over to the appropriate authorities.
Recovery Assistance and Data Usage: MDLBEAST organizers will undertake reasonable efforts to facilitate the retrieval of lost items based on attendee-provided information. Personal details disclosed during the lost items reporting process shall be utilized exclusively to reunite owners with their possessions and shall not be disclosed to third parties except when mandated by law.
Claim Process and Identification: To claim lost belongings, owners must present a valid form of identification alongside pertinent documentation or descriptions.
Retrieval Window and Unclaimed Items: Lost items can be reclaimed during the Festival's operating hours as stipulated by the organizers. Unclaimed items discovered during the Festival will be retained for 30 days post the Festival's conclusion, following which they may be disposed of or allocated to a charitable institution.
Important Document Handling: MDLBEAST will not be responsible for any personal information, credit cards, identification, prescriptions, medical information or any other personal items lost or misplaced at the event.
Secure Storage Areas: While secure areas may be available for temporary item storage, MDLBEAST assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to items stored therein.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS AND INVITATIONS:
Admission Denial for Complimentary Tickets and Reasons:
MDLBEAST maintains the prerogative to refuse admission for complimentary tickets based on grounds such as venue capacity constraints and other applicable reasons.
Complimentary Tickets Non-Transferable and Non-Redeemable:
Complimentary tickets remain non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and devoid of any cash value. They are strictly non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or any other commodities or services.
Full Capacity Admission Priority:
Should the Festival attain full capacity, entry preference will be accorded to ticket holders with paid admissions.
Right to Modify Information on Official Channels:
MDLBEAST reserves the right to alter information disseminated on our official communication channels at our discretion.
Attendee Responsibility for Updated Information:
It is incumbent upon customers and ticket buyers to remain abreast of our most recent information and marketing updates. MDLBEAST shall not assume liability for any consequences arising from failure to stay informed about the latest information communicated through our official channels.
VEHICLE ACCESS AND PARKING PERMIT “VAPP”
One VAPP will be provided per each VIB, VIB+ or VIB Box ticket purchased - any additional VAPP requests will not be honoured without an accompanying ticket.
Ticketholder is responsible for ensuring that each VAPP is scanned at the VAPP Collection point and linked to their ticket
VAPP Collection will occur only specified collection hours, any collection attempts after this time will not be honoured. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to pick up the VAPP during designated hours.
MDLBEAST hold the right to take out a vehicle from the VIB Parking lot if it doesn't have the right VAPP visibly displayed on the vehicle.
VAPP does not guarantee the availability of parking spots at any time. The availability of parking spaces is subject to factors beyond VAPP permits, including but not limited to, local regulations, user demand, and unforeseen events.
VAPP Delivery Cancellation Right: MDLBEAST retains the authority to cancel the VAPP delivery service or the option thereof at any juncture.
VAPP Delivery Availability and External Factors: The availability of the VAPP delivery service is contingent upon external factors, inclusive of weather, traffic, and unforeseen conditions.
Non-Returnable and Nonrefundable VAPP Delivery Fee: The fee associated with the VAPP delivery service is devoid of refundability or returnability.
VAPP Delivery Accuracy and Attendee Responsibility: MDLBEAST will not be held accountable for inaccuracies or oversights that could lead to delivery delays or other complications linked to the VAPP delivery service. Attendees hold the sole responsibility for validating the precision and entirety of the information furnished during service purchase. Any repercussions stemming from incorrect information shall be the onus of the attendee.
VAPP Pickup and Delivery Timing: Based on the chosen checkout option, VAPP credentials will either be physically retrieved or delivered to the stipulated address. Delivery timelines may fluctuate and hinge on confirmation from the service provider.
Pickup Responsibility and Timing: In the event of selecting the pickup option, attendees are accountable for the collection of VAPP credentials as indicated by MDLBEAST. Failure to effectuate timely collection may culminate in access constraints or supplementary charges.
Group Pickup Accountability: In the event that a singular ticket holder retrieves VAPPs for other ticket holders within their group, it is that individuals responsibility to distribute those VAPPs to the other ticket holders. Additional VAPPs will not be provided for a previously scanned ticket / redeemed VAPP.
VAPP Credential Non-Transferability and Security: VAPP credentials are inconvertible and should remain confidential. Attendees must safeguard their credentials to prevent unauthorized access.
Lost or Stolen VAPP Credentials: In the instance of lost or stolen VAPP credentials, attendees should promptly notify the service provider. Subsequent issuance of replacement credentials shall be at the discretion of the service provider and contingent on a replacement fee.
VAPP Service Usage Responsibility: MDLBEAST shall not be held accountable for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from VAPP service utilization, encompassing delivery delays, technical glitches, or inaccuracies.
Shipping Information Responsibility and Non-shipment: Ticketholders are responsible for all provided shipping information. Any inaccuracies submitted by ticketholders may result in the non-shipment of VAPPs. MDLBEAST shall bear no responsibility in such cases.

MDLBEAST reserves the right to check the ID of each person. If there is a discrepancy between the name on the ticket and that of the ID, the person will be DENIED entry.
In addition to the General Terms and Conditions, the following terms apply for Soundstorm 2023 event:
VIB+ Ticket Tier & Ticket Holders
Singular Access Per Ticket: Each ticket allows entry for one individual only. This signifies that there are no complimentary companions allowed alongside the ticket buyer. This includes individuals possessing existing tickets within other ticket tiers (GA, VIB, VIB Box, VIB+).
Side-Stage Viewing Limitation: MDLBEAST retains the right to restrict access to side-stage viewing zones due to capacity limitations at the event's sole discretion, with or without prior notice.. This measure is implemented to safeguard health and safety concerns.
Side-Stage Viewing Restrictions and Food & Beverage:
In side-stage viewing sections, the consumption of food and beverages will not be permitted.
Escort for Side-Stage Access: Access to side-stage areas if included in your ticket tier is facilitated solely through an escort and is dependent on availability.
Capacity: The capacity of each VIB Balcona is limited to either 8 persons or 16 persons as purchased during the time of sale. Additional number of guests are not permitted to access the VIB Balconas
Ticket Access and Transferability: Access to the VIB balcona area is restricted to ticket-holders only. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred to another individual without explicit authorization from the event organizers.
Balcona Wallet Credit: Balcona ticket purchasers receive credit that is specific to their assigned balcona and event date. This credit is non-transferable and cannot be used across multiple nights, balconas, or by other ticket holders. The credit holds no monetary value outside the festival and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once the credit is utilized, balcona patrons will need to make additional food and beverage purchases like any other VIB guest.
Balcona Assignments: Balcona assignments are made at the sole discretion of the event organizers. All balcona assignments are final and cannot be changed or altered after they have been assigned.
Multiple Balcona Sales: In the case of multiple balcona purchases for the same event day, all benefits associated with the balcona will be multiplied by the number of balconas purchased.
Security and Liability: MDLBEAST (SoundStorm) ) is not liable for any theft or loss of personal items placed within the balcona(s). Balcona guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings and valuables.
Damage Responsibility: Balcona ticket holders are fully responsible for any damages to the assigned balcona area during their occupancy. Any damages incurred will be the financial responsibility of the ticket holder and their group.
Minimum Entry Age: A stipulated minimum age for entry persists, irrespective of individual status or escort by a parent or guardian.
VIB Box Entry Identity Verification Right: The VIB Box Team, inclusive of but not limited to Festival Directors, Security, and Guest Services, holds the right to request proof of identity or to engage with authorized bodies for the purpose of verifying the identity of any person accessing the VIB Box Tower.
Entry Refusal and Removal for Safety: Soundstorm, represented by the VIB Box Team, retains the authority to decline entry or expel guests from the premises if they are perceived to pose a risk to themselves and/or others.
Unauthorized Media Capture Regulation: Recording or photographing fellow guests, staff members, etc., without explicit consent is prohibited. Staff possess the right to demand either display or deletion of any assumed media.
Entry Restriction Beyond Assigned Boxes: Accessing boxes beyond those registered under the Primary holder's name is not permitted.
At the time of sale, all Box Owners are required to read, understand, and acknowledge the established Code of Conduct on behalf of their guests.
Box Owners will receive the VIB Box House Rules/Code of Conduct prior to their arrival at the festival, ensuring an optimal experience. This document must be signed on behalf of all guests accompanying the Box Owner.
VIB Box guests explicitly acknowledge and consent to the presence of CCTV cameras within all hallways and ingress points of designated areas and within the VIB Box building. Guests further acknowledge that these cameras will be actively recording for the sole purposes of security, safety, and monitoring during the event.
Access is restricted exclusively to individuals possessing valid tickets. Unregistered guests or companions lacking appropriate tickets are strictly prohibited from entry.
MDLBEAST retains the prerogative to modify closing times as deemed appropriate at their sole discretion.
Each Box is subject to a maximum guest capacity, which is determined by the number of tickets allocated per Box. MDLBEAST and the dedicated VIB Box Team maintain the authority to request the departure of guests from a Box if it is found to be in breach of the stipulated capacity.
While accommodations can be arranged for pre-event access to Boxes for security evaluations, any requirements for transportation or deliveries shall be the sole responsibility of the Box Owner. MDLBEAST and the VIB Box Team will not be responsible for assisting or facilitating the transportation of items.
DURRAT AL RIYADH ACCOMODATION:
All guests staying at Durrat are bound by the terms and conditions and policies stipulated by the hotel
Expenses falling beyond the scope of the purchased package will be borne by the guest.
Shuttle service provided for patrons lodged at Durrat accommodations will be operational during explicitly designated hours. Guests are accountable for strictly adhering to these specified timings. Any requests for shuttle or transportation services outside of these prescribed hours cannot be accommodated.
CODE OF CONDUCT
MDLBEAST is dedicated to creating a safe, entertainment space, where guests’ behaviour is respectful and allows everyone to fully participate in the MDLBEAST experience. Our efforts are particularly focused on ensuring that every person can enjoy the event without fear of harassment or unwanted approach or contact.
THE FOLLOWING CODE OF CONDUCT
will be enforced across all MDLBEAST events, and will apply to all participants.
MDLBEAST is committed to preventing behavior that:
makes another person uncomfortable
is abusive or offensive
MDLBEAST has a zero-tolerance policy on written, verbal or physical harassment or threats, unwanted touching, sexual suggestions, the use of derogatory or discriminatory language, gestures or actions intended to threaten or are sexually suggestive and any form of racism, sexism or discrimination which may violate laws or cause personal offense to another.
These actions are prohibited before or after the event in our online and offline spaces and at the event itself
VIOLATION of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate removal from the event site without a refund and the appropriate authorities will be alerted. MDLBEAST reserves the right to ban violators from all future events.
MDLBEAST is committed to elevating the guest experience in every way and will be implementing multiple layers of improvements across the event experience to help eradicate unwanted behaviors and improve the customer journey.
MDLBEAST is supporting a new anti-harassment campaign called RESPECT aimed at education, prevention, and support resources. A team of internationally renowned subject matter experts has begun coordinating with local resources to implement wide-reaching anti-harassment initiatives, dedicated to creating a safer, more respectful music and entertainment experience for every attendee.
WE ARE COMMITTED to providing a positive, harassment-free experience for all people in the MDLBEAST community – participants and staff – regardless of gender, ability, physical appearance, race, customs, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment in any form.
THE ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY is for the public, as well as artists, advertisers, sponsors, partners, vendors, and all event-related activities sponsored or organized by MDLBEAST.
ANYONE VIOLATING this policy may be immediately removed from the festival site without a refund, and authorities will be alerted. We reserve the right to ban the offender from all our future events.
RESPECT@mdlbeast.com if you feel you have witnessed, or been a target of inappropriate behavior as it relates to this Code of Conduct. MDLBEAST staff will work to support you and assess the violation as quickly as possible.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
CASHLESS PAYMENT SOLUTION (“T&CS”)
These T&Cs refer to defined terms, which are set out at the end of this page.
THE CASHLESS SOLUTION:
In partnership with Our Cashless Solution Partner, We provide a cashless payment solution (Service) that enables You to make payments at Outlets in a simple, easy manner.
There are various ways in which the Service works, including cashless RFID and/or a mobile digital wallet. The Service runs on Authorized Devices. These include mobile smartphones and/or RFID devices, which are considered personal to You and may not therefore be transferred to another person to access the Service.
The Service can only be used to pay for goods or services at the registered Outlets which accept payment via the Service.
The important terms and conditions relating to use of the Service are summarized below. The Service does not constitute a payment service and is not a digital currency issuance or distribution service for electronic money.
These T&Cs govern the use of the Service and are a legally binding agreement between You and Us. Those T&Cs which relate to Our Cashless Solution Partner may be enforced by Our Cashless Solution Partner as if they were a party to these T&CS. They cover the following:
Registration for the Service
Purchases using the Service
Fees applied to cover the costs of the Service
The careful use and safekeeping of Authorized Devices
Reimbursements of any unused funds left on an Account
Refunds for any goods and services purchased using the Service
Service errors, interruptions and suspensions
Data and reporting
By making use of the Service, You acknowledge that the T&Cs have been read and understood and You agree to these T&Cs in full. Use includes registration for the Service and/or any top-up, purchase or payment transactions.
To make use of the Service You must first register Your details to create an Account. Once registered You will be able to make cashless payments at Outlets.
Each Account is personal to You. Once the registration process is completed, at Our discretion, Your Account can either be credited with funds or You can connect your Account to a payment source such as a credit or debit card or such other payment sources as We or Our Outlets accept (e.g. Outlet gift cards) which can then be used to make purchases at an Outlet via an Authorized Device. Where We enable the crediting of funds to an Account, typically available methods to do so, at Our discretion, are online, via mobile application or at “top-up” points at Our site. Online or mobile application methods may require internet access which cannot always be guaranteed.
As part of the registration process You may be asked to enter a pin and password when creating an Account, and will be asked for Your name, and email address. You may also be required to provide Your bank account details or Your bank payment card number. This information will be processed securely and neither We nor Our Cashless Solution Provider are able to see your full bank details or bank payment card number supplied in the registration phase.
Sales of goods or services at Outlets will be concluded between You and Us or Our Outlet Partners from which You are making the purchase. The Service is the enabling solution for the processing of such transactions.
Where You credit Your Account with funds, using any methods which are available, You are deemed to conclude a sale of goods or services with Us at the moment the credit is added. You will therefore pay the price of the goods or services offered at the Outlets prior to their delivery or provision. The choice of goods or services acquired, and paid in advance by You, is made by You when You make that choice at an Outlet and, at that point, the goods or services are delivered (subject to You having sufficient credit in Your Account to cover the price of such goods or services). Where You order goods or services from one of Our Outlet Partners We transfer to that Outlet Partner, Our rights and obligations arising from the sales contract which was made when You added credit to Your Account and the Outlet Partner becomes the contracting party with You in respect of the sale of goods and services.
Any loyalty benefits offered by Us or Our Outlet Partners will be enabled on the Service to deliver any applicable discounts or loyalty scheme rewards registered with the Outlet Partner. Any complimentary credit added as a result of any incentive or promotion will only be added to Your Account once Your own credited funds have been spent. Any complimentary credit is not refundable or transferable and is not treated as cash.
Purchase transactions will be carried out using dedicated terminals at the Outlets which shall by configured to work with Authorized Devices. During the purchase operation, either Your Account will be directly debited (where You have credited your Account with funds) or your payment source (e.g. bank card) will be debited (where You have linked a payment source to your Account) for the number of value units corresponding to the value of the purchase.
When You tap ‘pay’ on a terminal using an Authorized Device it will generate a code which is scanned by the terminal. The code includes the identifier which is used to send the correct tokenized card information to the payment gateway.
The data recorded during each transaction is authentic and constitutes proof of all past transactions. The transaction data recorded on the Service constitutes proof of all the transactions concluded. Each transaction is recorded immediately.
All transactions with Us or Our Outlet Partners are governed by the retail terms and conditions agreed between You and Us or the relevant Outlet Partner. You acknowledge and agree that Our Cashless Solution Partner is not part of any sales transaction between You and Us or You and h an Outlet Partner and that Our Cashless Solution Partner shall not therefore be responsible for any liability relating to sales and purchases made between You and Us or You and Our Outlet Partners.
An activation fee may be applied to cover the administration costs for use of the Service. You will be notified of any such fees before they are applied.
The activation fee charged may be deducted from the amount of the funds credited to your Account or debited to your payment source. An administration fee may also apply in the same way in the event of a reimbursement or a refund being process using the Services.
By registering to make use of the Services You agree to pay such fees and acknowledge and agree that such fees will not be refundable.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for the safekeeping of the Authorized Device.
You agree to waive all liability for any fraudulent or unapproved use made of an Authorized Device – including the use of the Service. In the case of loss or damage to Your Authorized Device, You will not be entitled to a refund or reimbursement and We will not be able to process your cash-out requests related to that Authorized Device (where such requests are otherwise permitted at Our discretion).
Authorised Devices must be treated ‘like cash’ – if lost, an Authorized Device will not be reimbursable. It is therefore extremely important that You take care of the Authorized Device.
Neither We nor Our Cashless Solution Partner will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to an Authorized Device unless due to Our respective negligence or wilful default.
REIMBURSEMENTS OF UNUSED UNITS:
A reimbursement is a transfer of any unused balance which You have credited to your Account with Us back into Your personal bank account.
At Our discretion, You may request a reimbursement of any remaining balance up to a maximum value. The decision to reimburse any unused amounts is at Our sole discretion. The timelines and processes for reimbursements shall be communicated to You either on registration or at a later time (e.g. following Our event or festival at which You are using the Service).
If the deadline for submission of an application is missed a reimbursement is not guaranteed. Any extension to the deadline will be at Our sole discretion.
If a reimbursement application is approved, We shall use best efforts to ensure that the reimbursement will be completed within  days of such application.
To obtain a reimbursement, You may be required to provide Your bank account details or a bank payment card number. The reimbursement must be in the same currency as the currency of the top-ups made by You.
It is not permitted to transfer units of value to other persons.
We may be able to locate a Your Account using Yours personal information and/or ticket and/or booking confirmation where the Service is used at an event or festival, however, such traceability function is not guaranteed, and it is Your responsibility to:
keep the Authorized Device safe and free of damage;
retain all purchase receipts (whether electronic or paper) made through the Service; and
retain all documents relating to proof of entry (including any entry wristband, any entry ticket, and any order confirmation).
We cannot guarantee that We will be able to process any reimbursement request or assist Your with any query if You have not complied with these responsibilities.
A refund is a payment made to You in the event of an exchange of good or services supplied by Us or any of Our Outlet Partners to You through the Service.
Any refund shall be subject to the terms of sale issued by Us or the relevant Outlet Partner. The decision to issue a refund is made solely and exclusively by Us or the relevant Outlet Partner.
If a refund application is approved, We shall use best efforts to ensure that the refund be completed within  days of such application.
As with reimbursements, to obtain a refund You may be required to provide Your bank account details or a bank payment card number. The refund must be in the same currency as the currency of the top-ups made by You.
ERRORS, SUSPENSION AND INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE:
Every effort is reasonably made to ensure technology performs to the best standard. However, the Service is not guaranteed to be error free.
The Service may be subject to interruptions, scheduled or not, including for maintenance, security or storage management. There are also inherent risks in the use of telecommunications networks, including an internet or mobile data connection.
You agree to waive any liability of Us, Our Outlet Partners or Our Cashless Solution Provider for any failure of Service functionality and acknowledge that the Service may require internet or data service access which cannot be guaranteed.
The right to refuse the execution of an operation or transaction on the Service in the event of reasonable doubt about its veracity is fully reserved.
Reasons to refuse a transaction may include the following:
In the event of a material error (for example: incorrect identifiers, invalid one-time password);
In case of doubt about the beneficiary of the funds or about the person requesting the execution of a transaction; and
In the event of any suspicious activity that may be reasonably assumed to be fraud or money laundering.
DATA AND REPORTING:
You will be able to view Your personalized spend activity on Your Account.
Limited personal data is collected during the registration process by Us and Our Cashless Solution Provider and further personal data, including Your bank account details or bank payment card number is collected by Us or Our Cashless Solution Provider to process reimbursements.
At any point in time We are able to review Your transaction history with Us or Our Outlet Partners. As part of the post-event/post-season reporting a reconciliation report may be produced by Our Cashless Solution Partner summarising anonymised spend activity. Such reporting by Our Cashless Solution Partner will be on an anonymised basis.
LAW AND DISPUTES:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [England and Wales/ the State of Texas/ the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates].
All disputes to which transactions concluded pursuant to these T & Cs, including their validity, interpretation, execution, termination, consequences and consequences and which could not be resolved by mediation between the parties will be submitted to the competent courts of [England and Wales/ the city of Dallas, Texas/ Dubai, United Arab Emirates].
Account: means an account personal to You for use of the Service and to which, where applicable, you may credit funds to spend at Outlets
Authorized Device: means a mobile smartphone or RFID Authorized Device which enable the Service functionality.
Cashless Payment Partner: means the entity which provides the cashless payment solution to us on a platform-as-a-service basis who, at the date of these T&Cs is Tap HoldCo Limited, a limited company registered in England under company number 14516380/Tappit Technologies (US) Inc, a Delaware corporation/Tappit Technologies MEA DMCC, a company incorporated in the Emirate of Dubai (DMCC Certificate Number DMCC185534)],
Outlet Partner: means persons to appointed to manage one or more Outlets
Outlets: means points of sale which accepted payments using the Service
Service: means specialist technology which enables cashless payments, either by way of a mobile tokenized payment process or pre-loaded top up account
T&Cs of Use: these terms and conditions which govern use of the Service
You/Your: means persons who registers for use and/or makes use of the Service
