How old do I have to be to attend Soundstorm?
You have to be at least 16 years old to attend Soundstorm.
Will I need to get my ID to enter?
You will need a physical or digital copy of your ID to enter the Festival and may be asked to show this upon entry.
Please make sure you download the NOFOMO App and create an account using the same email and mobile number that you used to purchase your tickets
What is the Soundstorm dress code?
Soundstorm is your place to dress to impress🕺🏻 Keep in mind that it gets chilly in December - so dress warmly. Please respect local customs - Security reserves the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately
When will the festival gates open and close?
Festival gates opens at 7:00pm and close at 2:00am, with artist programming until 4:00 am on some stages. Please make sure you have entered before 2:00am to enjoy the party🌪🔥,
Is Soundstorm equipped to service Persons with Disabilities?
Yes, the festival is equipped to serve all individuals. Music is for everyone! 🕺
Are there First Aid Services at the festival?
Yes, we will have First Aid services available at Soundstorm
Are there any prayer zones in the festival?
Yes, there will be prayer zones located outside the festival gates.
Is smoking permitted on the festival site?
No, smoking is not permitted inside the festival.
Is there free Wifi available?
Yes, we will have an open wifi network for all festival guests
Wil I be able to charge my phone at the festival?
Yes, we will have charging stations available for festival guests.
Will I be able to purchase merchandise at Soundstorm?
Yes, there will be merchandise available for purchase across the festival site.
Will there be food and beverage options available?
Of course! We will offer a wide range of F&B from street food to fine culinary experiences at the event. Stay tuned to find out what delicious treats will be available to you onsite! 🍔 🌯 🍟
Event Policies
Which items cannot be brought into the festival?
For the safety and comfort of everyone, prohibited items include face masks, perfume bottles, weapons, illegal substances, outside drinks, glass bottles, and other items that may disrupt the event atmosphere. The full prohibited items list can be found here.
What if I am found with a prohibited item?
Any prohibited items found on you will be handed over to the local authorities. We abide by KSA law and have a zero tolerance policy towards any form of drugs or alcohol at our events.
Will my bag be checked before I enter the event?
Please be aware that bag checks will be made by security BEFORE you enter the event. Our Security team may also ask you to empty your pockets should they suspect you are carrying any prohibited items
I have been involved in an uncomfortable situation onsite and I am feeling unsafe.
Soundstorm festival is an open and safe space for everyone to celebrate. The safety of our attendees is our top priority. In the case of encountering any incident please reach out to the closest organizer from our team and they will help you accordingly as we have a zero tolerance policy towards all forms of harassment. We also have our RESPECT team onsite to aid and assist if you are feeling uncomfortable. Please look out for them in the red vests throguhout the festival.
Transportation and Parking Information
Can I drive and is there parking available at the Festival?
Yes, you can use your own car to reach and leave the festival, and there will be dedicated parking areas for each ticket tier 🌪🚗
Do I need a permit to park my car in designated parking lots?
If you hold a GA ticket you will NOT require a Vehicle Access Parking Permit (VAPP) to enter your designated parking lot. For our VIB, VIB+, Balcona, and VIB Box guests, a VAPP will be required. This year the VAPP will be digital and attached to your Festival ticket in the NOFOMO app. Stay tuned for more details
What lot do I park in?
Your parking will be allocated in accordance to your ticket purchased.
Can I use Taxi, Careem, or Uber to reach and leave the festival?
Yes, you can use Taxi, Careem, and Uber to reach and leave the festival. Have ‘em drop you off at your ticket tier entrance 🌪🚕
Can I carpool with friends and family to reach and leave the festival?
We encourage our ticketholders to carpool with friends and family to reach and leave the festival, as it will make the car ride much more fun and will give you a head start to warm up for the night! We suggest making sure you all have the same ticket tiers so it allows you to park and enter through the same Gate 🕺🚗
Where and when can I get my Vehicle Access & Parking Permits ((VAPPs))?
This year your VAPP will be attached to your digital ticket to make entry smoother than ever! Make sure to download the NOFOMO app as this will be the only way to enter the festival.
Is my VAPP valid for any day?
Your VAPP is attached to your ticket and only valid for the day(s) that you are coming to the Festival.
Are VAPPS available for Flexi and/or Free-of-Charge tickets?
Yes! If the ticket is a VIB, VIB+, Balcona, or VIB Box ticket then you will receive a digital VAPP attached to your festival ticket.
Ticket Information
What is the NOFOMO app?
The NOFOMO app is our new app designed to make your entry experience into all of our events drama free! This will be the only way to receive your ticket for our events. Please make sure to download the App on Google Play or the Apple App store to get your ticket.
What if I buy tickets for my friends?
No problem! Simply open the app, select the tickets you wish to transfer, and follow the prompts to complete the process. Your friend will also need to have downloaded the app. It’s quick and straightforward!
How do I cancel transferring the ticket to my friend?
If your friend has accepted the ticket, you cannot cancel the transfer. However, if they haven't accepted it yet, you can click on 'Revoke' to get the ticket back.
I do not have data or wi-fi, how will I access my ticket at the event?
Please try to have a connection to access the app when you arrive at the venue. Screenshots of your ticket will not be allowed. If you cannot access your ticket on the app once you're at the event, please visit our Ticket Resolution team and they will assist you.
I purchased my ticket from a Reseller company, and their email directed me to the NOFOMO app - where can I find it?
Cool! Just accept the ticket from your tickets section in the app, and you will have it !
I don't see my ticket in the NOFOMO app - what should I do?

What is the difference betweeen a 1-Day and 3-Day Soundstorm Pass?
A 1-Day Pass includes full access to all festival areas based on your ticket tier, plus parking, wallet credit, and other perks dependent on your ticket tier. Do you have any Accommodation options?
Yes! If purchasing an Accommodation Package you will be able to indulge in luxury at either the IHG Durrat Al Riyadh or Hilton Hotel by booking a 2-4 bedroom Villa or double/twin room accommodation for the duration of the festival. Your stay will include 3 days of VIB tickets, access to all hotel facilities, complimentary daily meals, dedicated shuttle service to the VIB Entrance, and daily festival Wallet Credit, all supported by an onsite team to assist in your every wish. Can I change my ticket to another date?
Unfortunately your ticket cannot be changed to another date and is valid only for the date you purchased it for.
I purchased tickets but did not receive a confirmation email, what do I do?
A confirmation email will be shared upon completion of your purchase - please note it can take up to 30 minutes for the link to arrive at the provided email address. Please check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation email cannot be located in your inbox. If the email address was submitted incorrectly, you will not receive your purchase confirmation email. I have not yet received my tickets. What should I do?
A confirmation email will be shared upon completion of the purchase and tickets will be shared closer to the event date. Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive at the provided email address and check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation email cannot be located in your inbox. Can I add tickets to my order after it has been processed?
No, you will have to create a new order.
Are tickets transferrable to family members OR friends?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to anyone you like! However, 3-Day tickets are not able to be transferred after the first day is used. So once a 3-Day ticket is used by a ticketholder even once, the ticket will not be transferrable to anyone else.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
You are able to upgrade to a higher ticket tier for tickets purchased ONLY if you are the original purchaser. Any transferred tickets are only eligible for purchaed upgrades if made by the orginal purchaser. For any questions on this contact us at:

Can I upgrade my Free-of-Charge ticket to be able to enhance my experience from GA to VIB, or I need to purchase new ticket?

All tickets are digital and delivered through the NOFOMO App only. Your confirmation email will outline how you can download the app on the Apple App store or Google Play store to receive your tickets.
