How old do I have to be to attend?
You have to be at least 18 years old to attend any event at Onyx Arena.
Is there at Dress Code at Onyx ?
Dress to impress but please respect local customs - Security reserves the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately. please refrain from wearing non-religious or non-medical face masks and coverings.
What time do the gates open and close?
We open our doors at 8:00pm, with music from 9:00 - 1:30am. Please know the last time you will be able to enter the venue is 1:00am
Will I need to show ID to enter Onyx ?
Yes, kindly make sure you bring your ID card upon entering in case it is requested.
Is Onyx equipped to service Persons with Disabilities?

What's included with a GA Ticket?
A GA Ticket includes parking and entry to the event.
What's included with a VIB Ticket?
A VIB ticket includes dedicated parking, a dedicated entry gate, elevated platform viewing areas, and complimentary F+B.
Can I upgrade my ticket?

Are there any Group Discounts?
There are NO discounts on group tickets.
Does one ticket include access to multiple events?
Unfortunately, your individual ticket is only valid for this event.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
MDLBEAST has a maximum limit of 20 tickets per transaction.
Is there any official channel to sell my ticket?
Unfortunately, we don't allow for resales.

Can I smoke inside Onyx Arena?
No. Onyx Arena is a non-smoking venue.
What are the prohibited items that I am not allowed to enter with?
Outside food and drinks, face masks, whistles, fireworks, aerosol/paint sprays, laser/graffiti pens, medications without doctors prescription, large bags, large umbrellas, flag poles, candles/lanterns, folding chairs/tables, professional cameras/selfie sticks, recording equipment and drones.
What is your policy on taking photos/recording videos at Onyx Arena?
No professional recording equipment or cameras are allowed. Please make sure to be courteous of other guests and respect their privacy!

Can I add tickets to my order after it has been processed?
No, you will have to create a new order.
Can I cancel my ticket?
No, once the purchase is complete the ticket order can not be cancelled or modified and no refunds will be given.
I purchased a ticket but I cannot attend - can I get a refund?
Tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be reimbursed. Check Terms&Conditions
Can I change the entry date of my ticket?
Generally, orders cannot be modified. However, if you have a specific request, please get in touch with our Customer Care department via email or telephone and they will assist you further.
Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes! Ticket exchanges are fine by us.
I lost something at Onyx Arena, how do I report it?
