Venus heads the content, programs, and community at Step, best known for Step Conference, the largest tech and media festival for emerging markets. Building communities, designing operational strategies, curating content on the rising technology and digital space in emerging markets, and managing projects from concept to completion. Venus is also on the executive committee of 2022 Female Angels, a community created with the mission of diversifying the early-stage investment landscape in MENA by offering awareness and education on angel investing for women to master their wealth.
