Noha Kattan

Noha is the Deputy Minister for National Partnerships & Development Department at the Ministry of Culture. She strongly believes in the huge potential the culture sector has to offer to economic and social development in the
Kingdom, as it significantly supports the pillars of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030; generating positive impact across the
society, economy & the nation’s ambitions.

Her current role focuses on forging strategic partnerships with government, corporate and non-profit entities with the objective of achieving the following Strategic Goals:
 Culture a way of life – embedding all culture means of expression representing Saudi identity & deep rooted
traditions in the daily lives of citizens, residents & visitors of the Kingdom
 Culture for Economic Growth – unlocking the creative economy, fostering creation of jobs & economic
activity
 Culture for enhancing the foreign perception of KSA through

Noha plays several other concurrent leadership & advisory roles; as she is currently a board member in the Saudi
Conventions & Exhibitions General Authority. She is also a member of the Executive Committee for the Royal
Institute for Traditional Arts, a member of the Incentives Committee at the Cultural Development Fund and chairs the
IGNITE film fund. She is also a Board member of the Family Affairs Council, & a member of the Supreme Committee
for Princess Nourah Prize for Women Excellence. Additionally, she chairs the Cultue & Entertainment Sector Skills
Council.
