James Rodley

James Rodley was a former professional Rugby player, representing Premiership and Championship clubs as well as England’s National team at Under 18’s age group.

In 2014 he moved into the world of music by joining the family run Chale Abbey Studios and Abbey Records, based on the Isle of Wight in United Kingdom, overseeing various releases across Europe and Globally. 

Working with musician and producer Rupert Brown, James co-founded the online platform T-Minus, which supports people with the condition tinnitus - providing information, advice and management resources in a thriving, positive community. 

James Rodley is mental health first aid trained and takes special interest in the psychological aspect of a healthy career in sport and music.
