Dr. Basma AlBuhairan

Dr. Basma Albuhairan boasts over 25 years of leadership across diverse sectors in Saudi Arabia. As the Managing Director of the World Economic Forum Affiliate Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Saudi Arabia (C4IR KSA), she spearheads collaborations to align technological advancements with the "Vision 2030" initiative.

Her career is characterized by adaptability, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. She mentors individuals from diverse backgrounds and has academic affiliations with the University of Utah, USA. She holds a PhD in Patient Safety Policy Making from Sheffield University, UK, and two Master's degrees. Dr. Albuhairan is also a fellow of the Eisenhower Fellowships Organization and was awarded the Ward Wheelock Fellow Award in 2013.
