Andreea Magdalina is the founder and CEO of shesaid.so, a global community of music creatives and executives guided by intersectional principles who are working together to rebuild a more equitable industry for all. She is also the co-founder of IAMJT, a boutique management & innovation studio that centers artist development and music consultancy. At IAMJT, Magdalina leads Community as part of Coachella’s new Innovation team where she focuses on new technologies such as blockchain, metaverse, NFTs, AI, VR, AR and gaming. Prior to shesaid.so and IAMJT, she has worked with clients at the intersection of music and technology, including Microsoft, Mixcloud, and Boiler Room.
