Ama Walton is a media lawyer, business mediator, integral business coach and speaker. She is in the leadership team at SoundCloud as its Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Music Licencing & Partnerships. She is an entertainment industry expert, specialising in music and film law, as well as cooperative negotiation and conflict resolution. For the last 3 years she was in BMG Rights Management GmbH's executive board as their global General Counsel and CHRO. Prior to BMG, she was the managing director of Constantin Film AG, and before that in EMI Music Germany's management team as their leading lawyer.
