FAQ: What is our return/exchange policy?
For any online returns please provide us with:
Name of the client.
Once the details are received:
We’ll send someone to pick up your package. Once your package arrives back to us, we’ll give it a look and issue your refund.
We will check the order number.
Assign the shipping company in order to pick up the order.
The order will take up to 5 days to be picked-up from the shipping company.
Once arrived to our warehouse, we will check the items status (good or damaged) and quantity of items received.
