FAQ: What is our return/exchange policy?

For any online returns please provide us with:

  1. Name of the client.

  2. Phone number.

  3. Client’s email.

  4. Client’s address


Once the details are received:

 We’ll send someone to pick up your package. Once your package arrives back to us, we’ll give it a look and issue your refund. 


  1. We will check the order number.

  2. Assign the shipping company in order to pick up the order.

  3. The order will take up to 5 days to be picked-up from the shipping company.

  4. Once arrived to our warehouse, we will check the items status (good or damaged) and quantity of items received.
