Sound Futures is an incubation program igniting the passion of tomorrow’s music industry leaders in MENA. This is your chance to get your groundbreaking music venture off the ground!

In partnership with SEA Ventures, we’re on a mission to uplift the region’s music business and tech industry, one idea at a time. Through an intensive training program, promising entrepreneurs get the chance to further develop their ideas with the help of the incubator.

• START-UPS: Whether still in ideation phase or already established in the industry

• INNOVATORS: Entrepreneurs with a music-related business concept or a small business

• SCHOLARS: Students with a promising concept and an active extracurricular track record

1. Submit a pitch deck and a brief video of your concept/startup during the registration period.

2. FIVE applicants will be shortlisted and asked to submit their business plan and details about their company's structure, company profile, bylaws, and Commercial Registrations (CR) and other licenses, if applicable.

3. XP’s expert committee will review the applicants and choose start-ups | ideas.

4. Selected start-ups are required to attend and commit to the full program.

5. The Start-ups will pitch their business plans to the investors at XP Music Conference 2024.

To ensure your application makes it to the final round, make sure it ticks all the following boxes: 

• The start-up/idea must be related to the music ecosystem

• Your start-up/idea clearly demonstrates a need for incubator services and funding

• Your business's potential for viability and growth is comprehensively presented

• Your business has potential to contribute to the music ecosystem, sustain growth and generate revenues

• Your aptitude for starting a business is clearly demonstrated

• Mentorship and Training: Gain knowledge and skills from experienced mentors during workshop series. 

• Pitch Day Prep: Get fully set up and prepared for the pitch day at XP Music Conference 2024.

• Expert Feedback: Benefit from valuable feedback and recommendations throughout your journey.

• Network Access: Unlock an extensive database of musicians, fans, and industry professionals.
