How old do I have to be to attend Balad Beast?
You have to be at least 16 to attend Balad Beast. ⚡️

What time do the gates open and close?
We get started at 8:00pm, and close our gates at 2:00AM. Please make sure you have entered before 2:00AM on both days to enjoy the party 🔥
Will I need to get my ID to enter?
You will need a physical or digital copy of your ID to enter the Festival and may be asked to show this upon entry.
Please make sure you download the NOFOMO App and create an account using the same email and mobile number that you used to purchase your tickets.
What is the Dress code?
Balad Beast is your place to dress to impress🕺🏻 Keep in mind that it gets chilly in January - so dress warmly.
Please respect local customs - Security reserves the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately
What is the last entry time?
The last entry time is 2:00am
So, make sure you get there early to start enjoying the party sooner! Arriving a bit ahead of time will help you avoid any last-minute rush and let you soak in the fun right from the start!

Is Balad Beast equipped to service Persons with Disabilities?
Yes, Balad Beast is equipped to service People with Disabilities, however, there will be no discount on the ticket price.
Are there First Aid services at Balad Beast?
Yes we will have First Aid services at Balad Beast.
Are there any prayer zones in the festival?
Yes, there will be prayer zones located outside the festival gates.
Is smoking permitted on the festival site?
Yes, smoking is permitted in designated areas.
Is there free Wifi available?
No, we will not have free wifi for all festival guests
Are there phone charging stations at Balad Beast?
Unfortunately, we will not have phone charging stations onsite.
Will there be merchandise available for purchase at the event?
Yes, there will be a merchandise booth where you can pick up anything you need!
What kind of Food will be available at Balad Beast?
We have plenty of food and beverage options to satisfy any cravings and dietary restrictions. Because of this, kindly leave your snacks behind!
Will there be Shisha available at Balad Beast?
No, shisha will not be available.
Are there Information Booths at Balad Beast?
Yes, there will be an Info Booth at Balad Beast.
Are there ATM's available onsite?
Unfortunately, we will not have any ATM's available onsite.
What kind of payments do you take at Balad Beast?
It is a cashless event. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Mada, and Apple Pay.
Are there washrooms at Balad Beast?
Yeah! We'll have washrooms at this event.
Is there Lost and Found at Balad Beast?

We will also have an offsite location where you will be able to collect any Lost items after the festival.

What if I find someone else's item?
You can drop it off at any of our Info Booths located across the festival
Event Policies
Which items cannot be brought into the festival?
For the safety and comfort of everyone, prohibited items include face masks, umbrellas, shooting and selfie sticks, luggage, lasers, whistles, drums, perfume bottles, weapons, illegal substances, outside food and drinks, glass bottles, and other items that may disrupt the event atmosphere. What if I am found with a prohibited item?
Any prohibited items found on you will be handed over to the local authorities. We abide by KSA law and have a zero tolerance policy towards any form of drugs or alcohol at our events.
Will my bag be checked before I enter the event?
Please be aware that bag checks will be made by security BEFORE you enter the event.
Our Security team may also ask you to empty your pockets should they suspect you are carrying any prohibited items.
I'm coming straight from the airport, am I able to bring my luggage with me to the festival?
No, unfortunately only small bags will be allowed onsite. Please drop your luggage off before you head to the festival.
I have been involved in an uncomfortable situation onsite and I am feeling unsafe.
MDLB events offer an open and safe space for everyone to celebrate. The safety of our attendees is our top priority. In the case of encountering any incident please reach out to the closest organizer from our team and they will help you accordingly as we have a zero tolerance policy towards all forms of harassment.
We also have our RESPECT team onsite to aid and assist if you are feeling uncomfortable. Please look out for them in the red vests throguhout the festival.
What is your policy on taking photos/recording videos at Balad Beast?
No professional recording equipment or cameras are allowed. You may take photos and videos but please make sure to be courteous of other guests and respect their privacy!
Transportation and Parking Information
Is there parking available?
Will I be able to walk from the parking to the event?
You sure can! It is about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the entry gates.

What are the different ticket options available this year?
We have 2 ticket types available for you this year General Admission & Backstage, with 1-Day and 2-Day options for both.

What is a General Admission ticket and what is included?
Our GA tickets grant you entry to the festival grounds and all stages as well as complimentary parking.
What is a Backstage ticket and what is included?
Our Backstage tickets grant you entry to the festival grounds and all Backstage access to all stages as well as VIB parking and dedicated entry lanes to the festival.
You'll also score a piece of exclusive merch and enjoy 100 SAR Wallet Credit per day.

Is there a capacity limit on Backstage access?
Each Backstage area will have a maximum capacity for attendees, in line with safety regulations. Make sure to arrive in advance of your favourite artists taking the stage to ensure that you get your perfect spot!
How can I get tickets for Balad Beast?
Through the NOFOMO App of course!
Does one ticket include access to multiple events?
If you purchased a 1-Day ticket, then it will only be available for the day of the event it was purchased for. Please purchase a 2-Day Ticket to gain access across 2 days of Balad Beast and enjoy the fun all the way through!
How do I use my Wallet Credit?
Backstage tickets include Wallet Credit that can be used for purchases during Balad Beast. Follow these simple steps to make the most of them:
1. Download and Open the NOFOMO App
Ensure you’ve downloaded the NOFOMO app in advance. Navigate to the "My Tickets" tab, located in the middle of the bottom menu.
2. Present Your Ticket QR Code
Your Wallet Credits are linked to your ticket in the NOFOMO app. When making an F&B purchase, show the Wallet Credit QR code to merchant.
3. Order and Enjoy!
Choose your favorite food and beverages. If your credits don’t cover the full amount, pay the difference using another payment method.
What is the NOFOMO app?
The NOFOMO app is designed to make your entry experience into all of our events drama free! This is the only way to receive your ticket for our events.
Please make sure to download the App on Google Play or the Apple App store to get your ticket.
When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are available in the NOFOMO app only.
Please make sure you download the NOFOMO App and create an account using the same email and mobile number that you used to purchase your tickets
What if I buy tickets for my friends?
No problem! Simply open the app, select the tickets you wish to transfer, and follow the prompts to complete the process. Your friend will also need to have downloaded the app. It’s quick and straightforward!
How do I cancel transferring the ticket to my friend?
If your friend has accepted the ticket, you cannot cancel the transfer. However, if they haven't accepted it yet, you can click on 'Revoke' to get the ticket back.
I do not have data or wi-fi, how will I access my ticket at the event?
Please try to have a connection to access the app when you arrive at the venue. Screenshots of your ticket will not be allowed.
If you cannot access your ticket on the app once you're at the event, please visit our Ticket Resolution Booth on-site and they will assist you.
I purchased my ticket from a Reseller company, and their email directed me to the NOFOMO app - where can I find it?
Cool! Just accept the ticket from your tickets section in the app, and you will have it !
What are the accepted forms of payment for purchasing tickets?
Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Mada, and Apple Pay
Are there any Group Discounts?
There are NO discounts on group tickets.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
MDLBEAST has a maximum limit of 20 tickets per transaction.
Is there any official channel to sell my ticket?
All sales are final and we do not provide a way for you to resell your ticket.

Can I change my ticket to another date?
Unfortunately your ticket cannot be changed to another date and is valid only for the date you purchased it for.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
You are able to upgrade to a higher ticket tier for tickets purchased ONLY if you are the original purchaser. Any transferred tickets are only eligible for purchased upgrades if made by the original purchaser.

Upgrades are also applicable on discounted orders but the discount percentage will not be applicable.
Can I upgrade my Free-of-Charge ticket to be able to enhance my experience from STORM to VIB, or I need to purchase new ticket?
FOC tickets cannot be upgraded. In order to enjoy the perks of the new ticket category you will need to purchase a new ticket.

Can I cancel my ticket?
No, once the purchase is complete the ticket order can not be cancelled or modified and no refunds will be given.
I purchased tickets but did not receive a confirmation email, what do I do?
A confirmation email will be shared upon completion of your purchase - please note it can take up to 30 minutes for the link to arrive at the provided email address. Please check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation email cannot be located in your inbox. If the email address was submitted incorrectly, you will not receive your purchase confirmation email.

I have not yet received my tickets. What should I do?
A confirmation email will be shared upon completion of the purchase and tickets will be shared closer to the event date. Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive at the provided email address and check your spam or junk folder if the confirmation email cannot be located in your inbox. If the email address was submitted incorrectly, you will not receive the email to access your e-tickets.

Can I add tickets to my order after it has been processed?
No, you will have to create a new order.
Are tickets transferrable to family members OR friends?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to anyone you like!
However, 2-Day tickets are not able to be transferred after the first day is used. So once a 2-Day ticket is used by a ticketholder even once, the ticket will not be transferrable to anyone else.
Can I receive the tickets by email, SMS, or WhatsApp?
All tickets are digital and delivered through the NOFOMO App only. Your confirmation email will outline how you can download the app on the Apple App or Google Play store to receive your tickets.
I want my tickets to be mailed to me, is that possible?
