It’s our favorite time of the month, where we recap all the freshest sounds from our regional artists. August has been a musically fruitful month for MENA music - from Bayou’s shaabi fusion with ‘Neshar Belel’ and Asayel’s smooth ‘Asliya to the sonic experimentation of Jeme’s ‘Track 03’ and an amazing remix by Aly Fathalla of the iconic track El Salamu Alaikum by Hakim,  this month has it all. 

This month includes a surprise collaboration with rapper Kali-B and local electronic icon Alaa Jazaeri with Mustafa Ismael, Molham and Reina Khoury offering their sorrowful yet upbeat ‘Zaman’. Marilyne Naaman lay down her enchanting vocals on ‘Natchez’. Last but definitely not least, the region’s favorite artist in recent times, Tul8te, in collaboration with Soulphonic, hits all the romantic notes in ‘NASY’.
