Valentina Palange - Co-Founder, Starling Works (DE)

Valentina Palange is a project manager with 7 years experience working in the music industry as label manager, artist manager and creative consultant. Since 2020 she has been project managing the Circle Of Live ‘In Bloom’ education platform. Through this connection, she found her true calling and recently partnered up with Niko Seizov for the launch of Starling Works creative agency. Here, her role is distributed across project management for Circle Of Live, artist development for the roster, as well as creative management.
