A social entrepreneur by nature, Talal has over 10 years of management consulting and business strategy experience. He has led large-scale, culturally innovative, projects in both the private and public sector. Passionate about using the creative world of music and arts as a means of cultural development, he has played a key role in defining the future of the entertainment industry in Saudi Arabia.

As COO and Deputy CEO, Talal oversees the day-to-day functions of the business and leads talent outreach. Through this, he is pivotal in securing international headline acts for the brand’s flagship festival, Soundstorm, amongst other major MDLBEAST events.
