Naoufal El Amrani is Spotify’s Senior Artist and Label Partnerships Manager. He started his journey in the digital music industry nine years ago.

Before joining Spotify, Naoufal was the Head of Label Management at Believe Music in North Africa. His mission was to set the content acquisition strategy and develop local teams in each market.

Carrying and transferring this experience to his work at Spotify, Naoufal aims to foster and elevate the music industry in the MENA region.
