Adriana Sein

Adriana Sein is a senior entertainment executive and strategic marketer with diverse multicultural experience building talent, brands and properties across the world for both start-up and premier corporate organizations. She has deep multicultural expertise in identifying nascent trends and opportunities in the global marketplace, creating and executing innovative analytics-based digital and promotional campaigns, negotiating brand partnerships, and navigating complex turnarounds.
Adriana currently serves as the Global Head of Artist & Market Development at ADA Worldwide, the artist services arm of Warner Music Group. She joined ADA in September 2021 as SVP & Head of International before being promoted to her newly expanded role, where she also oversees the Global Services and Label Management division. Adriana will leverage her previous record of historic chart results at Columbia Records to deliver the same for ADA’s labels and artists. She has already made significant contributions to ADA’s global growth strategy, marketing initiatives, ongoing artist development and overall organizational culture.
Prior to joining ADA, Adriana was VP of International Marketing for Sony Music Entertainment, overseeing global affairs for Columbia Records. While there, she spearheaded global campaigns for major talents including Beyoncé, Pharrell, and Harry Styles, as well as breakout artists Rosalía, Lil Nas X, and The Kid LAROI. Adriana developed and led the strategy that consistently delivered extraordinary chart results for Columbia.
Adriana has significant experience driving innovation and is the recipient of several prestigious industry accolades, including Billboard’s International Powers (2023, 2022, 2021), Billboard’s Indie Power Players (2023, 2022) and Billboards Latin Power Players (2022).
Adriana grew up in San Juan, Puerto Rico before moving to New York to attend Columbia University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is bilingual, and currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
