ZIAD ZAZA
ZIAD ZAZA isn’t just rising he’s redefining what Arab stardom looks and sounds like.
At just 25, the Egyptian genre-bender has become one of the region’s most magnetic forces, turning heads across music, film, and fashion. He first made noise in 2022 with “Karreta Sarrefa” and his debut album “EL RAYES,” and hasn’t stopped since shaping a sound that fuses drill, trap, rage, Shaabi, R&B, and Brazilian funk into something uniquely his own.
From the raw vulnerability of 2023’s “Wrangler Beda” to the visual standout “Basha,” and the genre-fluid sophomore album “ZAZA ELWASEEM,” Zaza has kept evolving. In 2024, he delivered three ambitious EPs “525,” “EZ,” and “2000GEN” with TURK, featuring the viral hit “PARIS.” In 2025, he continued to lead with the cinematic “LA AMAN,” the emotionally intense “Ana Ayesh West Modmnen,” and the irreverent “EH EL ARAF DAH.”
His feature on The NORF Tape: Vol. 1 with ALFA on “A7KILI” affirmed his place in the region’s new wave. Meanwhile, his collaboration with Hamza Namira and Khaled Essam on “ZAMAN” brought together three distinct generations in a dreamlike fusion.
Zaza is also cementing his place on screen: starring in Prestige, a highly anticipated series directed by Amr Salama, and making his feature film debut in “Aisha Can’t Fly Away,” which premiered at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival to critical acclaim.
Whether he’s creating trends, crossing into cinema, or capturing hearts on TikTok, ZIAD ZAZA isn’t just the future of Arab pop culture he's the moment.
