Sybel Vazquez is the Head of Cultural Programming at The Arts Club Dubai, where she runs and operates the Club’s cultural mandate through its series of talks, institutional collaborations and cultural projects. Sybel has been an art practitioner in the region for nearly a decade and was previously Head of Exhibitions at The Third Line gallery.
