Denise Stanley

Denise Stanley has been a consultant innovating the workforce development process for music and the creative industries, in professional organisations, higher education and community learning spaces for over 40 years.
In 2016, she founded the international CLOCK Programme to drive opportunities for people who learned their creative, craft and enterprise skills through their practice, in work or self-employment or through sequences of professional projects. CLOCK is a workforce recognition and development programme that is delivered by current industry professionals using the CLOCK Framework and peer-to-peer learning. CLOCK is an engine for equality, diversity and inclusion; it builds confidence based on concrete evidence of capability and skills. It makes invisible skills visible to individuals and their communities. It provides an internationally benchmarked Professional Award with optional Higher Education certification.
