CORE Foundations was designed to provide introductory-level skills and base level understanding for aspiring event industry professionals.

Through engaging presentations and interactive activities, students gained essential knowledge and foundational understanding and explored an overview of the Event and Live Entertainment Industry.

The course exposed students to a wide variety of industry concepts and established areas of interest for further study. By the end of the course, learners identified professional goals and selected a Focused Study for continued education.

Students who took this course, experienced a Day in the Life of a Site Manager and learned that management responsibilities play a critical role in ensuring everything goes as planned on Event Day.

Learners explored the primary responsibilities of on-site management, including everything from site design and delivery, product and supplier procurement, logistics and budget managing to timely problem-solving during an event.

Graduates have entry-level experience to system assembly and technical equipment.

Students were immersed from day one in all aspects of stage production in this Focused Study course. They were introduced to the technical, design and management of live events with a focus on audio, lighting and video.

Students in this workshop learned about the special effects that make a festival awesome. They engaged in hands-on sessions, operated cutting-edge equipment, and were guided by industry leaders who shared real-world tips and tricks in this interactive workshop.

Students of this workshop gained the experience needed to deliver safe and secure event operations that leave a lasting legacy, wherever they go!  They explored Crowd Management and Event Security and  experienced the thrill of the Event Control Room, this 3-day workshop provided the intro level concepts needed to join the ESM team!

Rayan AlRasheed, Senior Artist Booking Operations Manager for MDLBEAST, hosted students at Beast House for exclusive round table discussion about the local music scene.  Students enjoyed  refreshments as Rayan shared insights into the process of booking artists for music events and heard how the music industry is growing in KSA.

This course prepared participants with the proper administration of First Aid, CPR and AED life saving techniques.

Attendees became equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide immediate care in a variety of emergency situations. Through theoretical explanations, practical role-play, and interactive learning, students obtained the necessary information needed to become certified in First Aid, CPR and AED use.

A series of GrandMA3 User Training courses provided hands on traiing for beginners, users with some experience and advanced users looking for focused on in-depth and interest in modern lighting control.

Students discovered grandMA3 Show Programming using the hands-on consoles and met with MA specialists to discuss advanced topics, individual workflows, and gain more experience in programming.
