The BEASTED Career Path Program aims to increase the quantity of skilled individuals, attract new people to the growing event industry in Saudi Arabia and provide a clear path to employment.
The BEASTED Career Path Program expands access to education, training and jobs through tailored workshops, internships, and on-site work experience. By leveraging the expertise of event professionals and educators, the program delivers a baseline event knowledge foundation, skills required for specific career opportunities and employment support to anyone interested in a career in the event industry.

By leveraging the expertise of event professionals and educators, the program delivers a baseline event knowledge foundation, skills required for specific career opportunities and employment support to anyone interested in a career in the event industry.

HOW IT WORKS
Students begin by participating in a CORE Foundations curriculum that includes essential and base industry knowledge. After meeting with trained career counselors, students move on to a Focused Study, concentrating on a specific area of interest in the event industry. A variety of Elective Workshops are also available to expand and enrich learning in these areas.
Topics of Focused Study include:
Event Management
Artist Relations
Accreditation & Event Operations
Health & Safety
Site Management
Traffic & Security
Stage Production (audio, lighting, video)
Audio & IT Networking
Lasers & SFX
Lastly, the program includes an Industry Engagement course and comprehensive Career Services, ensuring students are confident and well-prepared to enter the workforce.
The Career Path Program is designed for learning to be completed within a SINGLE TERM lasting ONE month (4 weeks).
Learning Days are scheduled from 10:00am-5:00pm (Sunday-Thursday) for the duration of each term.
All classroom and hands-on training take place IN-PERSON and in English at one of the following locations in RIYADH:
- MDLB Office
- Banban SOUNDSTORM site
- Other regional event spaces

Only applicants who have fully completed the Application Form and meet all Student Criteria will be considered for acceptance.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
NO prior experience needed
Registration and enrollment are FREE
Anyone interested in working in the growing event industry of Saudi Arabia is encouraged to apply
Students must meet the following criteria to apply:
Must have valid Iqama and permit to work in KSA
Must be hard working and passionate about career opportunities in the event industry
Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry
Must be available for a full Term of the Career Path Program in either the month of July, August or September
Must be able to speak English fluently
Must be local to KSA
Only applicants that fully complete the Application Form and meet all Student Criteria will be considered for acceptance.
Once applications are reviewed, eligible candidates will be contacted via email to schedule a one-on-one interview with a Career Counselor to determine program acceptance.
