The Business Development Analyst  is charged with monitoring, analyzing and improving the business. This will be accomplished by conducting research, interpreting data and making recommendations based on their findings. With the goal to help the business drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Such as opening non-traditional ticket sales channels, third party event management, creating new product and experience offerings for our event audience, maximising commercial streams across ticketing, food and beverage, retail and integrating new technologies into our consumer operations. 


  • Researching business opportunities, new markets and viable income streams, as well as identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements, competition, customer demographics, new technologies etc.
  • Keep abreast with industry trends locally and internationally
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities, high light risk and make recommendations.
  • Events Revenue and pricing analysis

  • Degree Business Administration or equivalent, BSc or B.E.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Event booking, Agencies and Management.
  • Broad commercial experience, event, entertainment and leisure experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • Highly organized with the ability to deal with the challenges associated with working in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
