We're calling on you to submit your ideas, creative work and unique perspective for a chance to have your work amplified by XP, join our 2022 speaker line-up, and showcase your topic to our audiences before and during the conference.

XP Submissions for Content

This is about spotlighting the grassroots voices in the region. We're looking for disruptive storytelling, social commentary, scene coverage, artistic expression, tech innovations and think pieces about the music industry. We welcome the authors of written, visual, and audio content related to music in the MENA region to submit their work – which if selected, will be published on our XP Music Futures digital channels. What to submit: - Report, article, essay - Video or film - Photography, photographic series of the music/creative scene in the region If your proposal is selected: - XP will publish it via our digital channels to amplify your story and make it seen - Some selected applicants will receive 2 tickets to XP Music Futures Requirements: - 500 words maximum for written pieces Video series should be 1 – 6 mins maximum High resolution images for photos/photo series Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis, with proposals selected and published as they come in. Final deadline for submissions is September 25th.

XP Submissions for Tech Innovation

This is about getting you on stage as a speaker at XP, and pitch or discuss innovations in the region's music scene. Submit your topic for a chance to pitch, present and discuss your work during the conference on November 28 – 30th, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. What to submit: A topic to pitch, present or discuss during XP Music Futures 2022 conference that clearly focuses on tech innovation in any sector of the music industry - whether in artistic creation, events and experiences, copyrights collection, business operations, policy development, community-building, or other. If your proposal is selected, you'll get: - A invitation to speak at the XP conference to discuss your topic - An XP Speaker's Pass plus an additional full conference guest ticket for a friend We encourage everyone to submit their proposal - from experienced professionals to emerging talents from the region with no previous experience as conference speakers or moderators The deadline for submissions is September 25th.
