Festival gates opens at 3:00pm and closes at 2:00am. 🌪🔥

No, re-entry is not permitted.

All foods, drinks, weapons, hazardous items are not allowed into the festival site. For the full list of items please review our ticketing terms and conditions.

Music is enough to set your mood and get the party started! We abide by local laws, and have a zero tolerance policy towards any form of drugs or alcohol at our events.

Soundstorm festival is an open and safe space for everyone to celebrate and the safety of our attendees is our number one priority. In the case of encountering any incident please reach out to the closest organizer from our team and he will help guide you accordingly as we have a zero tolerance policy towards all forms of harassment.

Yes, you can use Taxi, Careem, and Uber to reach and leave the festival. Have ‘em drop you off at your ticket tear entrance. 🌪🚕

Yes, you can use your own car to reach and leave the festival, as there is special parking areas for each ticket tier. 🌪🚗

Yes, you can carpool with friends and family to reach and leave the festival, as it will make the car ride much more fun and will give you a head start to warm up for the night! We suggest making sure you all have the same ticket tiers so it allows you to park and enter from the same entrance. 🕺🚗

We have different parking areas for each ticket tier. You will receive a drop pin location that will guide you to your specific ticket tier parking on email, sms, and whatsapp. 🌪📍

Only Premium and VIB ticket holders requires VAP stickers. GA ticket holders do not require VAP stickers. All ticket tiers will receive a drop pin location to their specific parking space. 🌪📍 For more info about VAP stickers please follow the link

You are only allowed to park in the available designated parking areas. 🌪📍

The walk from the parking area to the gates should take less than 25-30 minutes, shorter if you arrive early and park closer to the gates. Please remember to carpool as carpooling makes the drive, walk and overall Soundstorm experience more fun! 🏃‍♂️

Vehicle Access Permits or VAPs are unique coded stickers you can apply to your car windshield to unlock access to private parking and special VIB/Premium entrance.

The timings to collect the VAP stickers are:

Nov 13th – 27th, 5:00pm – 1:00am

Nov 28th – Dec 3rd, 10:00am – 1:00am

The VAP sticker can be collected at one of the 7 distribution centers located in Riyadh:

No, only VIB and Premium ticket holders requires a VAP sticker.

We have tripled our parking capacity to accommodate all ticket holders. Spots are first come first served, be sure to be there early to get the best spot 👍

Unfortunately you cannon’t, VAP ticket is only available for VIB and Premium ticket holders.

There is no need to purchase it, if you have a VIB or Premium ticket you can get your VAP sticker for free from any of our distribution centers.

The customer resolution center is an onsite customer service facility that covers a multitude of services to ensure the festival goer experience is enhanced. 🌪😍

The customer resolution center offers you all the information you need regarding artist performance running schedules, stage locations, locations of key facilities, food and beverage, bathrooms, where and how to report an attack activity, the provision of lost and found, and other useful information. 🌪😍

You can find our customer resolution centers scattered across the festival. Please find them on the map 🌪😍

All winners have received their emails notifying them with their prizes as for who participated and didn’t win with us this time you will receive an email with 50% discount once tickets goes live with their full price. 🎉
